How the scoring works.
Simple enough to hold in your head, and we score it with the app’s own numbers.
Every minute turns into points
Thirty seconds of work scores 5 points. A full minute scores 10.
Your streak multiplies it
Keep showing up and every point is worth up to 20% more.
Three boards, three paces
Two weeks, the month, the year. However fast you are moving, a fresh board is close by.
Your country scores too
Everything you earn goes into your country’s total as well as your own.
One flag at a time
You take on the country a single place above yours, so there is always a next target.
Joining is one tap
The arena is opt-in. Join when you feel like it, and step back out from Settings whenever.
Built to reward turning up.
Points come from time worked, so a steady week beats one heroic session. That is the habit everything else in the app is trying to build anyway.
- 5 points for thirty seconds, 10 for a full minute
- A five-day streak adds 5%; twenty days reaches the 20% ceiling
- Boards run over two weeks, a month and a year
- Your country’s total moves with yours
The board is opt-in, and stepping out of it takes one switch in Settings.
Questions people ask
Do I have to join?
No. The arena is opt-in and stays off until you turn it on. You can leave from Settings and your training carries on exactly as before.
How are points calculated?
By time worked. Thirty seconds scores 5 points and a full minute scores 10, then your streak multiplies the result by up to 20%.
Why are there three boards?
So a fresh start is never far away. The two-week board suits a good fortnight, and the yearly one rewards a habit you have kept.
What does my country’s total do?
Every point you earn is added to it, and your country is matched against the one a single place above. Your session helps close that gap.
What do other people see?
Scores and flags. Your workout history, your weigh-ins and your meals stay in your own log.
